The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is located at #5-1 Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The Embassy is open from Monday to Friday. Hours of operation begin at 9AM, with a cut-off time of 4:30PM for the consular section. For visas, authentication and notarial services, acceptance is from 9AM to 11:30 AM. Passport renewals are by appointment only. Releasing of documents is from 1:30PM to 4:30PM.
ÁÖÇÑÇʸ®ÇÉ ´ë»ç°üÀº ¼¿ïƯº°½Ã ¿ë»ê±¸ ÀÌÅ¿ø 2µ¿ 5-1¹øÁö¿¡ À§Ä¡Çϰí ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. ´ë»ç°üÀÇ ±Ù¹«ÀÏÀº ¿ù¿äÀÏ¿¡¼ ±Ý¿äÀϱîÁöÀÌ¸ç ±Ù¹«½Ã°£Àº ¿ÀÀü 09:00 ~ ¿ÀÈÄ 04:30±îÁö ÀÌ¿À³ª ºñÀÚ, °øÁõ ±×¸®°í ÀÎÁõ ¼ºñ½ºÀÇ Á¢¼ö¾÷¹«´Â 09:00 ~ 11:30 ÀÌ¸ç ±³ºÎ½Ã°£Àº ¿ÀÈÄ 01:30 - 04:30 ÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Çʸ®ÇÉ ¿©±ÇÀÇ ½Å±Ô½ÅûÀº ¿¹¾àÀ» ÅëÇØ¼¸¸ °¡´ÉÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
The consular section of the Philippine Embassy is also open every first and third Sunday of each month from 9 AM to 12 noon for applicants for passports and travel documents. Because of technical limitations, passports can only be claimed from Monday to Friday, 1:30PM to 4:30PM.

Filipinos applying for a Legal Capacity to Marry a Foreigner or Report of Marriage to a Foreigner are required to watch a short video presentation on the situation of Filipino spouses in South Korea. The Embassy will only release the documents after the applicants have watched the video, which discusses life in South Korea and lasts for only twenty (20) minutes. The applicant may choose from the following weekly schedule:
