INSTRUCTIONS FOR PASSENGERS OF 07 JULY SPECIAL FLIGHTS

By: Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines, Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform all confirmed passengers of the special flights (KE 623 and OZ 703) scheduled to depart Incheon International Airport for Ninoy Aquino International Airport on 07 July 2020, that a One-Stop Shop at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport will be implementing the QR Code system in accomplishing the Case Investigation Form for the RT-PCR Testing for COVID-19. The new system aims to fast track mandatory health protocols upon arrival at the airport.

In line with this, all returning Overseas Filipinos must register and fill out the electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) to secure their own QR code prior to their arrival in NAIA.

The following are the step-by-step procedures in accomplishing the e-CIF:

1. Open your internet browser and go to ecif.redcross.com.ph
2. Fill out the form then click Submit.
3. Save the QR Code in mobile phones or tablets by taking a screenshot OR printing out a copy of the QR Code.
4. Present the QR Code upon health assessment for the RT-PCR Testing for COVID-19 at the airport.

In addition, attached is a list of health quarantine facilities in the Philippines inspected by the Department of Health ? Bureau of Quarantine as of 11 June 2020.

Thank you.
