EXEMPTIONS TO IATF TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS FOR INBOUND TRAVEL TO THE PHILIPPINES

The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino Community in South Korea that pursuant to the Bureau of Immigration (BI) Memorandum dated 27 July 2020, beginning 01 August 2020, the following are exempted from the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) travel restrictions and shall be allowed entry to the Philippines:

1. Spouse and children of a Filipino national;
2. Foreign Government and International Organization Officials;
3. Foreign airline crew;
4. 9C visa holders;
5. 13 quota, 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13G visas or Non-Quota Immigrant Visas:
A. Wife or husband or the unmarried child under twenty-one (21) years of age of a Philippine citizen - 13(a)
B. A child of alien parents born during the temporary visit abroad of the mother - 13(b)
C. A child born subsequent to the issuance of the immigration visa of the accompanying parent, the visa not having expired - 13(c)
D. A woman who lost her Philippine citizenship because of her marriage to an alien or by reason of the loss of Philippine citizenship by her husband - 13(d)
E. A person previously lawfully admitted into the Philippines for permanent residence, who is returning from a temporary visit abroad to an unrelinquished residence in the Philippines - 13(e)
F. A natural born citizen of the Philippines, who has been naturalized in foreign country - 13(g)
6. Long-term (immigrant) visas issued under RA 7919
• Legal residence status granted to certain foreign nationals through a Social integration Program under certain conditions as provided under Republic Act No. 7919.
7. Long-term (immigrant) visas issued under EO 324
• Foreign nationals who have acquired permanent residency under Executive Order No. 324
8. Native Born (NB) visa;
• Foreign nationals born in the Philippines whose parents, either or both, are lawful permanent residents
9. Temporary Resident Visa of an Indian national under Memorandum Order No. ADD-01-038;
10. Permanent Resident Visa of a Chinese national married to a Filipino under Memorandum Order No. MCL-07-021
