NOTICE OF AWARD THE CONTRACT TO FOREST SOLUTION FOR THE LEASE OF FOUR (4) MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PHOTOCOPYING MACHINES

Please be informed that upon recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. 33-2023 dated 31 August 2023, the Embassy is awarding the contract to FOREST SOLUTION for the lease of four (4) Multi-functional Photocopying Machines (two units of Canon digital color/mono multifunctional copier Model IRC-C5535 and two units of Canon Mono black and white multifunctional copier Model IR-2630) for the period of 12 months, starting on 01 September 2023 until 31 August 2024.
