REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF A ONE-YEAR LEASE OF ONE (1) PHOTOCOPYING MACHINE FOR THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea, is inviting companies to submit quotations for its procurement of a one-year lease of One (1) Photocopying Machine for the Official use of the Embassy, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Guidelines of Republic Act 9184. The details of the project are as follows:
Lease Contract for One (1) Photocopying Machine with the following description:
1) Digital color and black & white photocopying machine
2) All-in-One capability to photocopy + network print + fax + scan documents
3) Inclusive of Technical support, services and parts free of charge
4) Free Delivery and Installation
5) One-year lease contract only
