EMBASSY TO CONDUCT OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION, ISSUANCE OF OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE (OEC), & ACCEPTANCE/RENEWAL OF OWWA MEMBERSHIP, INCHEON, 12 JULY 2015

On 12 July 2015, a team from the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Seoul will conduct the following services at Ssyangyong Vocational Training Institute (Address: 250-4 Ganseok 4-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon) from 11:00am to 2:00pm; and at Korea Port Training Institute Incheon (Address: 1-31 Hang-dong, 7(chol)-ga, Jung-gu, Incheon) from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm:

1. OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION - Filipinos who are at least 18 years of age OR who are 18 years old at the time of the 2016 National Elections (9 April – 6 May 2015), not otherwise disqualified by law, and who will be in South Korea during the 2016 National Elections may register as overseas voters.

Overseas Voter’s ID will later be issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to those who will register.

Requirements:

• Valid Philippine Passport
• In the absence of a valid Philippine Passport: Alien Registration Card (ARC) AND at least one Philippine Government-issued ID like SSS, driver’s license, voter’s ID

2. OEC ISSUANCE

Requirements:

• Balik Manggagawa Information Sheet (which can be downloaded at www.poea.gov.ph)
• Valid passport (please bring copy of photo page);
• Valid alien registration card (please photocopy front and back page);
• Valid employment contract.

3. OWWA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION/RENEWAL

Requirements:

• OWWA Information Sheet (which can be downloaded at www.poea.gov.ph or owwa.gov.ph);
• Valid passport (please bring copy of photo page);
• Employment contract or any proof of employment;
• Proof of latest OWWA membership (official receipt), if any.
