Their applications will be heard for approval or disapproval by the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) in Seoul on 24 September 2018, at 1500H at the Embassy Chancery's Rizal Hall on the 2nd Floor.
Any interested party may file a verified objection/opposition ? together with supporting documents ? to the application at least five (5) days before the date set for the hearing. If any objection is filed, the concerned applicant will be informed of it, together with copies of the objections and the documents submitted in support of it.
The applicant shall, within five (5) days after the receipt of the copy of the objection, file personally or by registered mail their answers to defend against the objection (with the postmark on the envelope considered as date of filing). The answers shall be duly sworn to before any consular officer authorized to administer oath or authorized by the Embassy if notarized by a non-consular officer, at no cost to the applicant.
