2023 Livelihood Skills Training


Muling inaanyayahan ng Embahada at POLO OWWA ang mga Filipino na nagtatrabaho at naninirahan sa South Korea na makilahok sa pagpapatuloy ng Livelihood Skills Trainings simula buwan ng Pebrero!

Ito ay LIBRE, face-to-face, at gaganapin sa 3rd floor ng POLO OWWA office, No. 17 Hoenamu-ro, 47-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (sa likod ng Embahada ng Pilipinas).

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
