ADVISORY: DIGITAL OVERSEAS VOTER'S ID NOW AVAILABLE


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul announces that the Digital Overseas Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections - Office for Overseas Voting (COMELEC-OFOV) for Filipinos who are registered to vote in South Korea are now available and may be claimed from the Embassy through the following steps:

  1. Please refer to the Certified List (as of 31 March 2024) at https://bit.ly/SouthKoreaCLOVMar2024 to check if you are an active registered overseas voter under the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea.
  2. If your name is on the said list, please click on https://bit.ly/digitalvoterIDsouthkorea or scan the QR-Code, fill out and submit the request form.
  3. The Digital ID, together with instructions on how to download, shall be sent by the Embassy to the email address indicated in your request form.

Please note that no printed copies will be made available at this time.

Once again, the Embassy reminds those who have not yet applied for Overseas Voter Registration that the deadline is on 30 September 2024.
