Availability of iRehistro for Overseas Voters (2028 National Elections)

The Commission on Elections – Office for Overseas Voting, through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), informs the public that the iRehistro application is now available for overseas voters in connection with the 2028 Philippine National Elections.

 What is iRehistro?

iRehistro is a secure online system that allows overseas voters to:

  • Fill out
  • Generate
  • Print the Overseas Voter Registration Form (OVF1) with a QR code

IMPORTANT:

iRehistro is NOT an online registration system.

All overseas voters must still appear in person at the Philippine Embassy or Consulate for biometric capture and processing.

How to Access iRehistro

You may access iRehistro at: https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1

Applicants may also download the PDF and fillable PDF versions of the OVF1 form at: https://comelec.gov.ph/?r=OverseasVoting/2028NLE_OV_RegForms  

Reminder to Overseas Voters

  • Completing iRehistro does NOT mean you are already registered
  • Personal appearance is mandatory for overseas voter registration
  • Please coordinate with your Philippine Embassy or Consulate for schedules and procedures

Available na ang iRehistro para sa Overseas Voters (Halalan 2028)

Ipinababatid ng Commission on Elections – Office for Overseas Voting, sa pamamagitan ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), na maaari nang gamitin ang iRehistro application para sa mga overseas Filipino voters kaugnay ng 2028 Pambansang Halalan.

Ano ang iRehistro?

Ang iRehistro ay isang ligtas na online system na maaaring gamitin upang:

  • Punan
  • I-generate
  •  I-print ang Overseas Voter Registration Form (OVF1) na may QR code

MAHALAGANG PAALALA:

Ang iRehistro ay HINDI online voter registration.

Lahat ng overseas voters ay kailangang personal na magtungo sa Philippine Embassy o Consulate para sa biometric capture at pagproseso ng aplikasyon.

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the Filipino community in the Republic of Korea that the Philippine Digital National ID is available for Download. Eligible Filipinos residing in the Republic of Korea are encouraged to download their Philippine Digital National ID for easier access to a valid proof of Identity in the Philippines whenever needed.  Simply scan the QR code in the advisory to access the official step-by-step video guide on how to download your PH Digital National ID.  For more information, please refer to the succeeding pages of the advisory.

ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDATION OF DIGITAL PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY E-CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) launched its digital PSA certificates, also known as E-Certificates, as part of its continuing efforts toward digital transformation, enhanced data privacy and security, and the promotion of convenient access to vital civil registry documents. These E-certificates currently cover civil registry documents on Birth, Marriage, Death, Certificates of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) and Advisory on Marriages, and Certificates of No Death Record and Advisory on Death.
