Hiring of Project Term Personnel for Overseas Voting Registration


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul invites applications for the position of PROJECT TERM PERSONNEL (PTP) for the continuing Overseas Voting Registration (OVR).

Duties and Responsibilities:



Assist in information dissemination on OVR;
Assist in increasing awareness of OVR through promotional activities and events;
Data encoding;
Prepare OVR materials;
Answer queries on OVR;
Assist in the registration process; and
Perform other services that may be required in the exigency of the service.

Basic Qualifications:

Filipino Citizen;
Computer literate;
Proficient in data encoding (previous experience in data encoding preferred);
Excellent people and communication skills; and
South Korea visa holder

Contract is for maximum of three (3) months, subject for renewal. Final hiring is dependent on final authority received from the Department of Foreign Affairs.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
