EMBASSY TO OPEN ON SUNDAY, 22 JANUARY 2023 FOR OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that it will be open on Sunday, 22 January 2023, from 09:30 A.M. to 12:00 N.N. to accept Overseas Voter Registration applications.

Applicants are reminded that they can already download and fill out the Overseas Voter Registration Form (OVF1) from the COMELEC website:

https://comelec.gov.ph/php-tpls-attachments/OverseasVoting/2023RegForms/AnnexA_OVF1.pdf

The OVF1 can also be accomplished manually at the Embassy.

The accomplished OVF1 should then be brought to the Voter Registration Machine (VRM) Operator at Room 102 of the Embassy, together with a valid Philippine Passport and a photocopy of the datapage or, in case the latter is not available, any of the following:

a. Certification from the Embassy that the applicant either has submitted documents necessary and sufficient for the issuance of a Philippine passport or has a valid passport but is unable to present the same due to a valid reason;
b. Identification Certificate (for dual citizens) and a photocopy thereof; or
c. Seafarer's Book (for seafarers) and a photocopy of the datapage. END
