KASING SINING TEATRO BOL-ANON ENSEMBLE PRESENTS DAGON SA HOYOHOY (TALISMAN OF THE BREEZE) IN KOREA


20 October 2019. The Philippine Embassy wishes to invite the public and the Filipino Community in Korea to watch Kasing Sining Teatro Bol-Anon Ensemble's Dagon sa Hoyohoy (Talisman of the Breeze), a Musical on the Life of Francisco Dagohoy, a Boholano Hero who led the longest revolt against the Spanish Colonial Government.

Kasing Sining Teatro Bol-Anon Ensemble will performDagon sa Hoyohoy(Talisman of the Breeze) at the Seoul Institute of Arts in Ansan City on Monday, 21 October 2019 at 6:00 p.m. and at the M ONNURI Center for Migrant Workers in Ansan City on Tuesday, 22 October 2019 at 7:00 p.m.



Dagon sa Hoyohoy (Talisman of the Breeze) is the contribution of the Province of Bohol in the celebration of the 70th Anniversary of Philippines-Korea Diplomatic Relations.

Kasing Sining Teatro Bol-Anon Ensemble is a 22-year old drama organization known for its theatrical excellence as well as its passion and commitment to develop and promote Bohol's art and cultural heritage. Mr. Lutgardo "Gardy" Labad, eminent theater director and film composer, is the Artistic Director of Kasing Sining Teatro Bol-Anon Ensemble. END

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
