OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION PERIOD: 01 December 2016 to 30 September 2018

All citizens of the Philippines, who are in South Korea or will be in South Korea DURING THE THIRTY (30) DAY VOTING PERIOD, at least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the elections and not otherwise disqualified by law, may register and participate in the 2019 National Elections for SENATORS and PARTY LIST REPRESENTATIVES.



You may file your OV applications at the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please bring a copy of your valid Philippine Passport.


The 30-day voting period will commence on 13 April 2019 to 13 May 2019. Time and venue of voting will be announced later.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
