NEW GLOBAL ONLINE PASSPORT APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

The public is informed that starting 31 December 2021, all appointments in the Philippine Embassy in Seoul for passport application and renewal will only be made through the Department of Foreign Affairs-Philippines (DFA) Global Online Appointment System (GOAS). Please note that appointments for passport applications worldwide can only be made through the DFA GOAS system.

The GOAS is accessed through the following website: www.passport.gov.ph.

For applicants who secured appointments for passport application or renewal for 2022 and the remainder of 2021, please note that your appointments will be honored and you are not required to apply for another slot through the GOAS.

Passport applicants who are seniors, persons with disabilities (PWDs), pregnant women, and minors seven (7) years old and below with their parent/s do not need to apply for an appointment online.

For other consular services (Notarials, Dual Citizenship Retention/Reacquisition, Civil Registry, NBI, and Travel Documents, among others), the existing appointment platforms will remain in use.

For Visa applications, the Embassy will continue to attend to these on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis. Applicants may also book their appointment and submit their requirements through the online portal visa.gov.ph.

The public's understanding and attention is greatly appreciated.
