Please be informed that upon recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. 09-2017 dated 26 June 2017, the Embassy is awarding to Docu Solution the Contract for the lease of one (1) colored and two (2) black and white multifunctional copying machines for a period of 12 months, in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Korean won (KRW 280,000), including taxes and other lawful charges, subject to the signing of the Contract.
