Dear Mr. Hong,

Please be informed that, upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee of Philippine Embassy Seoul as contained in its Resolution No. 56-2024 dated 22 July 2024, the Embassy is awarding the one (1) year contract for supply and delivery of office supplies and materials for official use of the Embassy to BEST PLUS. The contract is valid for twelve (12) months effective 23 July 2024.

The Embassy will pay the Company based on the Purchase Request and Purchase Order and the actual delivery of supplies indicated in the Technical Specification.

Should you agree with the award of contract, please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this notice by signing at the portion provided below.
