Please be informed that, upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. No. 13-2024 dated 11 April 2024, the Embassy is hereby granting you an honorarium in the amount of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($ 3,500.00) only, inclusive of taxes and other lawful charges, for loan of artworks for the Embassy-organized art exhibition entitled "Interwoven Horizons: A Tapestry of Philippines-Korea Diplomatic Relations".

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of RA No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Philippine Government Procurement Act of 2003".
