Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 26 June 2017, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, E-Rencom Co. Ltd, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed for the lease of twenty (20) desktop computers and one (1) laptop for a period of 12 months, subject to the signing of the contract.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Act of 2003".
