NOTICE OF AWARD

Sir,
Please be informed that upon recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. 12-2017 dated 13 July 2017, the Embassy is awarding the Contract to Daeyoung Management for the provision of a staff to clean the Philippine Embassy Chancery for five (5) hours from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Sundays to Thursdays excluding Korean holidays, for a period of 12 months, in the amount of One Million three hundred ninety-seven thousand Korean won (KRW1,397,000) only per month, including taxes and other lawful charges, subject to the signing of the Contract.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
