NOTICE TO PROCEED TO GRAND HYATT SEOUL IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTRACT FOR LEASE OF VENUE FOR THE LAUNCH OF THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA

Dear Mr. Hildebrand,

Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 27 February 2024, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, GRAND HYATT SEOUL, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed in connection with the contract for lease of venue for the launch of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Republic of the Philippines and the Republic of Korea, upon signing of the Contract.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
