Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 21 November 2017, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, Aircon World, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed with the procurement and installation of three (3) air conditioners and the relocation of an existing air conditioner at the Embassy.
This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
