Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 30 October 2017, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, ADT CAPS, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed with the installation of a security access control system on the front door of the Embassy and provision of maintenance services for the Embassy's security control access and alarm systems and biometric authentication.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
