REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea, is inviting companies to submit quotations for its purchase of one hundred and fifty (150) pieces of disaster supply kits/emergency bag kits, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Guidelines of Republic Act 9184. The details of the project are as follows:

21. 1 Anti-smoke handkerchief 120 mm x 190 mm
22. 4 Human waste bags
23. 3 Hot packs
24. 20 pieces wet wipes
25. 1 Oxygen can
26. 3 Floating candles
27. 1 Pound cake
28. 1 Emergency First aid kit 125 x 60 mm
