The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea, is inviting companies to submit quotations for its procurement of JANITORIAL CLEANING SERVICES of the office building and outside premises of the Embassy of the Philippines, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Guidelines of Republic Act 9184.

The details of the project are as follows:

NAME OF PROJECT

Janitorial Cleaning Services of the office building and outside premises of the Embassy of the Philippines. Description are as follows:

1) Area: Estimate-500 pyung.
2) Basement 1st to 4th floor and rooftop.
3) Cleaning of floors, walls, staircases, windows, restrooms (toilet, sink, etc.) and lights. Other related facilities/areas in need of "1".
4) One (1) Sanitary Worker
5) Working days - Sunday to Thursday
6) Working daily hours - 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm (5 hours a day)
7) Holidays ? Friday, Saturday and Philippine Embassy observed holidays.
