PAALAALA SA PAGKUHA NG OEC NG MGA MAGBABAKASYONG OFW


6April 2022, Seoul - Dahil sa bagong patakaran tungkol sa re-entry permit mula 1 April 2022 ayon sa anunsyo ng Korea Immigration Service[1], muling nagpapa-alaala ang Embahada ng Pilipinas sa lahat ng Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) dito sa South Korea na nag-nanais magbakasyon tungkol sa bagong procedure sa pagkuha ng Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) gamit ang POEA Online Processing System for Balik-Manggagawa (POPs-BaM).

Mangyaring basahin ang kalakip na step-by-step procedure sa pag-gawa ng e-Registration account at pagkuha ng OEC batay sa Abiso nuong 15 Oktubre 2021 sa http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/ann_details.asp?id=12708 at POLO-Korea FB page.


Mahalagang tandaan:

1. Lahat ng OFW ay kinakailangang may e-Registration upang makakuha ng OEC, makagawa ng appointment schedule, at maka-gamit ng POEA helpdesk.

2. Para sa mga hindi nag-change ng employer, makukuha ang OEC exemption online at hindi kailangang pumunta sa POLO o POEA.

3. Para sa mga nag-change ng employer (o nagpa-release), nag-palit visa o jobsite, kailangang gumawa ng appointment sa POLO gamit ang e-Registration account bago magbakasyon upang ma-update ang employment record.

Para sa non-EPS worker, kailangan dumaan sa contract verification procedure ng POLO. Dalhin ang orihinal at photocopy ng kontrata, visa, business registration (apostilled) at profile ng employer sa pag-bisita.

4. Sa pag-gawa ng e-Registration account, siguruhin ang sumusunod:
- Valid ang passport ng at least anim (6) na buwan:
- Huwag gumamit ng "0" sa fields na walang kasagutan
- Wasto ang mga impormasyong inilagay; i-double check ang entries
- Kung nakalimutan ang username o account password, maaring gamitin ang account recovery o kaya magpadala ng help ticket sa HelpDesk

5. Panatilihing aktibo ang OWWA membership.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
