"According to Article 49-1-2 of the Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act, violating facilities will be penalized with an amount of KRW 3 million, and in case a confirmed case should occur, compensation for damages, including costs for hospitalization, treatment, and disinfection shall be requested.
Suspected patients violating self-quarantine or hospitalization shall be imposed a maximum fine of KRW 10 million or maximum 1 year imprisonment."

END
