Painting Workshop and Mangyan Heritage lecture


In line with the promotion of Philippine culture and arts, the Embassy of the Philippines is organizing the following events in conjunction with the art exhibition entitled “Kapuluan: Islands of Vision” which will run from 8-18 October 2008:

1. Painting Workshop Date 11 October 2008 Time 2-5 p.m Venue Embassy of the Philippines Participants Open to all Filipino art enthusiasts, ages 10 yrs and above, who are interested to learn basic drawing and painting techniques. Mangyan Heritage – A lecture on the rich culture of the Mangyan Tribe. The lecture will present Mangyan poetry, chants and and the old Mangyan script written on tree barks. LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
