PH EMBASSY CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION IN MOKPO CITY, JEOLLANAM DO, 23-24 SEPTEMBER 2016


The Philippine Embassy in cooperation with the Mokpo Filipino Organization (MFO) is pleased to announce that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission in Mokpo City, Jeollanam-do on:

Date and Time: 23 September 2016, Friday 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 24 September 2016, Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Venue: Mokpo Catholic Center, 325 Yongsanro, Mokpo City, Jeollanam-do Tel No. 061-272-0801/ Fax No. 061-272-0802 Applications for Philippine Passport and Dual Citizenship are strictly by appointment only. Reservations should be coursed through MFO President, Ms. Emely Cho at 01075658625 or Ms. Jessica D. Puguon at 01076428210. Applicants who wish to apply for Lost Passport, NBI, and Notarial Services (SPA, Authentication, Affidavits, etc.) need not to secure a reservation but are requested to be at the venue on the specified time.
