PHL BUREAU OF CUSTOMS LAUNCHES e-CUSTOMS BAGGAGE DECLARATION FORM (e-CBDF) and e-CURRENCIES DECLARATION FORM (e-CDF)


Beginning 10 May 2024, all arriving and departing passengers to and from the Philippines must accomplish the the electronic Customs Baggage Declaration Form (e-CBDF) and electronic Currencies Declaration Form (e-CDF), which may be accessed at the e-Travel website at https://etravel.gov.ph or by downloading the eGovPH application within 72 hours prior to arrival or departure from the Philippines.

Upon arrival or before departure to and from the Philippines, passengers shall present their passports and the generated QR Code of the e-CBDF and e-CDF from the eTravel website to the Immigration Officer.



Paper forms of the CBDF and CDF shall still be available at the Customs Area at various ports of the Philippines for passengers who are unable to access the eTravel website.
