REGISTRATION AS OVERSEAS ABSENTEE VOTER UNTIL 31 AUGUST 2009


REQUIREMENT : VALID PASSPORT OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT 1. Fill up Application Form. Submit form and copy of passport or travel document to the OAV room. 2. Your biometrics will be taken 3. You will receive a claim stub for your COMELEC ID

NOTE : All Filipino citizens, at least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the election and who wish to vote for President, Vice-President, Senators and Party List Representatives for purposes of the 10 May 2010 National Elections must file application for registration/certification as overseas absentee voter at the Philippine Embassy. The voting period will be from 10 April 2010 until 3:00 p.m. Philippine time of 10 May 2010.

Please be notified that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea, originally scheduled to convene on 20 July 2026 at 10:00 A.M., has been postponed to the next working day, 21 July 2026, at 10:00 A.M.  The hearing will be held at the 2F Conference Room, Philippine Embassy, to hear the applications for registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries or change of name, change of address, transfer, recapture, and other types of applications filed with the Post from 01 April 2026 to 30 June 2026.
