REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea, is inviting companies to submit quotations for its procurement of a one-year lease of One (1) Multi-Functional Fax Machine for the Official use of the Embassy, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Guidelines of Republic Act 9184. The details of the project are as follows:


NAME OF PROJECT

Lease Contract for One (1) Fax Machine with the following descriptions:

1) Compact, colored, multi-functional machine (copy, scan, and fax)
2) Inclusive of technical support, service, and parts, free of charge
3) Free delivery and installation
4) One-year lease contract only
5) With Diplomatic VAT exemption
