RESUMPTION OF EMBASSY DAILY CONSULAR SERVICES


The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the public that starting on Sunday, 06 September 2020, it will revert to its daily consular operations, Sundays to Thursdays, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The public is also reminded that the Embassy will accept clients strictly by appointment only:

To avoid inconveniences, please select the correct appointment for the type of consular service you are applying for. Incorrect appointments will not be entertained.

Please note that the number of clients that may be accommodated on a daily basis will be limited, in line with the ROK's strict social distancing guidelines.

Further, all clients are required to wear face masks, pass through the digital thermal imaging scanner and log in with their name and contact information upon entry, and practice social distancing within the Embassy premises in consideration of our kababayans who are availing of Embassy services.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
