ROK MOJ EXTENSION OF THE 2023 VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE PROGRAM FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS IN ILLEGAL STATUS UNTIL FEBRUARY 29, 2024


The Republic of Korea's Ministry of Justice announces the extension of the 2023 Voluntary Departure Program for Foreign Nationals in Illegal Status until February 29, 2024.

Foreign nationals who voluntarily depart Korea by February 29, 2024 will be granted a fine exemption and suspension of entry restrictions.
