Seoul Metropolitan Government's Emergency Ready App


The Philippine Embassy encourages all members of the Filipino community in South Korea to download the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Emergency Ready App – a vital tool for staying prepared and protected in case of emergencies. 
 
The Emergency Ready App Features:

Multilingual Support: Available in English, Chinese, and Japanese


Essential Services: Includes real-time disaster alerts, safety guides, and civil defense shelter locations

A User-Friendly Interface: Easy access to critical information during natural disasters and other emergencies
 
This app is a valuable resource for residents and visitors in South Korea alike. Downloading the Emergency Ready App is particularly useful in preparation for potential natural disasters and safety and wellness alerts during Korea’s summer season.

Public Service Advisory from Pag-IBIG Fund and SSS-Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan.
