WOMEN'S MONTH EVENT


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the members of the Filipino community in South Korea that it is organizing a painting exhibition on 31 March 2019 at the Rizal Hall of the Philippine Embassy. This National Women's Month event aims to showcase and celebrate the artistic talent of Filipinos in South Korea.

The event is open to any Filipino artist, amateur or professional, who wish to join the exhibition. For those interested, kindly submit the following to the Embassy on or before 20 March 2019:

? Clear photograph of the painting to be exhibited (please note that the painting should already be framed);
? The Painting should follow the theme "National Women's Month" and submitted paintings will be screened by the Embassy;
? Title of the painting and medium used;
? Artist's profile, including a short narrative about the painting (such as title of the painting, sources of inspiration)

Please be advised that the Embassy will be screening the submissions and only those selected will be exhibited at the venue.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
