07 May 2026, Seoul. The Philippine Embassy in Seoul continues to support organizational development and institution building by providing trainings to equip its personnel with updated knowledge on laws in the Philippines as well as trainings on health and wellness.
On 15 April 2026, Dean Jacqueline O. Lopez-Kaw of the University of Santo Tomas Graduate School of Law delivered a lecture on Philippine anti-sexual harassment laws and its application in the workplace.
Dean Lopez-Kaw highlighted key legislations, including the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act, the Safe Spaces Act, and provided examples of court decisions on cases filed in the Philippines.
On 22 April 2026, Father Jason Antiquera, SMCC, facilitated a prayerful and reflective art workshop designed specifically for Embassy personnel to create a quiet and personal space for inner healing as a form of relaxation and stress relief. The afternoon session also provided an opportunity for thanksgiving and self-reflection and improvements of actions towards the self, workmates and the community being served here in the Republic of Korea. -END
