SEOUL, 04 September 2014 – Filipino Christian pastors from various ministries in South Korea called on Philippine Ambassador to Korea Raul S. Hernandez on Thursday, 4 September 2014 at the Philippine Embassy Chancery.

Pastors Peter Teodosio, Allan Gadon, Eddie Labios, Jr., Arnel Silva, and Ariel Bernardo, all members of the United Filipino Pastors of Korea, briefed Ambassador Hernandez about the general nature of their work and about the various kinds of services and assistance they provide to the members of their churches.

They also gave information on their upcoming activity, the 2014 Chuseok Inter-church Fellowship, which was scheduled to be held at the Osan-ri Prayer Mountain in Paju City, Gyeonggi province.

Ambassador Hernandez encouraged them in their work of service and cited the importance of moral guidance and sense of community that they provide to their members as the life of an OFW, at times, can be lonely and vulnerable to various temptations.
