SEOUL, 17 February 2022 - Philippine Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Theresa Dizon-De Vega paid a courtesy call on Ambassador to Russia H.E. Andrey B. Kulik on 17 February 2022. Both Ambassadors exchanged views on bilateral relations and key issues of mutual interest such as regional developments, current events, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
