NOTICE OF AWARD TO FOREST SOLUTION FOR THE LEASE OF FOUR (4) MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PHOTOCOPYING MACHINES

Please be informed that upon recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. 36-2022 dated 17 September 2022, the Embassy is awarding the contract to FOREST SOLUTION for the lease of four (4) Multi-functional Photocopying Machines (two units of Canon digital color/mono multifunctional copier Model IRC-C5535 and two units of Canon Mono black and white multifunctional copier Model IR-2630) for the period of 12 months, starting on 01 October 2021 until 30 September 2022.
