Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 07 May 2024, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, SEOUL YUTONG, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed in connection with the procurement of contract for one (1) year supply and delivery of mineral drinking water (18.9 and 0.3 liter per bottle, monthly subscription of one [1] water purifier fountain) to the Embassy, upon signing of the Contract.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
