Philippines Xavier School San Juan students participate in Yale Model United Nations Korea

29 November 2022, Seoul. A delegation of twenty-one high school students from the Philippines' Xavier School San Juan campus participated in the Yale Model United Nations Korea from 25 to 27 November 2022 in Seoul. Students Mr. Owen Anthony T. Yu, Mr. Brent Travis C. Lim, and Mr. Marco Roberto DR. Valenton (below left photo from left to right) received commendations for their outstanding performance at the Model UN conference.

The delegates had a courtesy call at the Embassy and met with Consul General Romulo Victor Israel, Jr. and Third Secretary and Vice Consul Reisha L. Olavario, for an engaging discussion about foreign service and diplomacy.
Yale MUN Korea is an affiliate of the Yale Model United Nations and is considered a premiere conference on the East Asian Model UN circuit. Attended by students from all over the globe annually, Yale MUN Korea promotes global citizenship and a cooperative environment in which delegates can engage in the world's most pressing international relations issues through simulations of the United Nations.
