As we approach July 5, we would like to send you some important reminders, map of the Banpo Park and directions on how to get there, including different possible modes of transportation. We also wish to reiterate our earlier request that you provide us an estimate of the number of your members/constituents who will attend the event. We need this information to enable us come up with the best area layout to accommodate everyone. We hope the attached information will guide us all as we take a break from work and enjoy our day. Proceed to Banpo Park early to provide allowance for time to locate the area (the Park is relatively new) 2. Upon arrival at Banpo Park, FilCom heads/representatives are requested to report to the Philippine Embassy tent/booth for registration of their group 3. Bring hat, raincoat, umbrella or any accessory which you may deem appropriate to shield you from sunlight or rainfall 4. FilCom participants (except performers and volunteers) are expected to bring their own food and water. You can bring picnic mats. 5. Cooking is not allowed in the park. 6. Selling foods and other commercial items is prohibited 7. Do not leave children and personal belongings unattended 8. Do not damage or write on any structure in the Park 9. VERY IMPORTANT : Put your garbage in plastic bags to be provided by the Embassy then leave the bags in designated collection areas; otherwise, we will be fined and barred from using the park in the future HOW TO GET TO BANPO PARK: • BUS o Bus No. 8401(every 20mins) : get off at Hangang Banpo Park o Bus No. 730 : Get off at JamSuGyo station Operation hour : Weekdays → 20:00 ~ 23:40, Weekend & holiday → 10:00 ~ 23:40 • SUBWAY o Subway Line No.3 and 7 -> Get off at Express Bus Terminal Station (Exit no. 3, 4, 8)-> Take bus no. 8401-> get off at Hangang Banpo Park o Subway Line No.4 -> Get off at DongJak Station (Exit no.1 or 2) -> Take bus no. 8401-> get off at Hangang Banpo Park. • Car o After passing Hannam bridge, turn right and take the Olympic Expressway bound for Kimpo Airport.
